    We bounced back well from yesterday's pedalling ready to tackle the mountains

    Fanes Hiking with Friends

    Our multi-day hut to hut walk began today. The rifugios would supply food but we would need to carry enough clothes and personals for 3 days so every item was scrutinized. Our concerns were alleviated by Manuela's simple reassurance: "If you don't have it, you don't need it". She was right. We kept it simple and enjoyed a hike that was physically and psychologically exhilarating.Read more
