Punta Palinuro, Acciaroli and Ogliastro

From our lovely anchorage near Punta Palinuro where we saw the caves we continued around the coast stopping for ice cream at Acciaroli, very pretty little place with narrow streets and as you can see some properties right on the water. In the pilot it says that one of the interesting things about stopping here in the marina is you never know what sort of neighbours you will wake up to. Here is an example of one of the more unattractive gin palaces we saw. We then headed to Ogliastro near Punta Licosa for a night, it’s really only a hotel resort but was sheltered from the NW swell found a pair of goggles at our second anchorage spot the first one was deeper but more exposed so we anchored then I swam and John did a dinghy recce and we moved closer to shore with 6ft under keel.Leia mais
