Bourbon Street

When I booked my trip, I had no idea it fell over St. Patties Day weekend. I’m not a big drinker but decided to explore the craziness of Bourbon Street on the biggest drinking day of the year.

Wow. It was crazy. I was the only one on the street not wearing green and not carrying a drink. I managed to make it up and down the street once before bailing out and heading back to my room. It was an interesting experience that I’m happy to never have again!Read more
