    Eaglehawk Bay's surroundings

    May 13, 2019 in Australia ⋅ 🌬 18 °C

We woke up to the sound of heavy waves hitting the beach, and, agan, with a beautiful sunrise we did the brekkie and started driving early.
Stopping for a bit of work in a bakery and a spot for a cold and windy shower using all our drinking water made it a long drive to the next tourist destination, but the breaks were needed!
In the peninsula south of Eaglehawk Bay there is quite a few interesting rock formations formed by water and sand and collapsing cliffs making this a highlight for the tours around here, but we're off season, so only a few others were around.
Again we managed to stopped for the night while still in daylight, enjoying camping life.
