After a loud night by the tradies staying at the Acton Town Hotel we scored boiled eggs at breakfast. Underground to Warwick Avenue station then short walk to Jason’s narrow boat trip starting at Little Venice along the Regent’s Canal to Camden Lock. They had space for us and we had a pleasant trip in a 111 year old narrow canal boat originally used as a horse drawn cargo vessel. Camden Lock area is filled with food stalls were we bought coffee. The Camden Town high street is packed with tourist and other shops, but no shop for new running shoes. Walked to the nearby London Zoo and spent a nice afternoon there. Walked across Regency Park to Baker Street underground station and traveled to Pinner for West London Hash. Google maps directed to another suburb and then directed us to retrace our route to the meeting pub just on the other side of Pinner station. Back to Acton Town Hotel about 11.30.Meer informatie
