Visiting a Long-Time Friend

On our way back to İzmir today we made a detour to Didim … a beachside town in the Province of Aydın. The town is situated on the location of the Didyma, a city of antiquity that is known for the ruins of the Temple of Apollo.

We weren’t there to visit the ancient ruins, however. No, we were there to visit with Mui’s long term friend Dilaver and his wife, Berat. The bonus … a high school buddy of theirs, Serdar, was also there. So it was a double reunion of sorts.Read more
