Magee Marsh- Crane Creek

Great birding area, herons, egrets, even saw a bald eagle flying as we were walking back to the coach. Long boardwalk through the forest & marsh was hot & humid. Parked on the edge of the marsh & were joined by a flock of canada geese grazing on grass next to us. Lkept amused by a groundhog crossing the road to eat & running back when a car came past, must have done it 10 times. Eaten alive overnight by mossies that came in through the screens. Czytaj więcej
