Mount Olive Shores North - Polk City FL

Amazing place, we're here visiting friends we met at the rally in Syracuse, NY, they winter here in this gated community. You buy a lot or 2 & either park your coach or build a house which has integrated RV & car parking/garage Some places are huge, grounds are beautifully landscaped, there are 2 lakes, 2 clubhouses, 2 swimming pools & much more. Met Joe & Sharon at the pool & they kindly showed us their beautiful home they designed & built. We're only here for a week, but (note for future) there are places to rent on a month by month basis.
