Van Fleet Trail - Polk City FL

On our bikes for 25 miles along the Van Fleet Trail swampy woodlands & farms on either side. Wildlife sightings - herons, egrets, wood storks, hawks, turtles, snakes & lots of small birds. Should be renamed the Tortoise Trail as highlight were the many tortoises along the way, 1 bigger than Stew's bike helmet was scared of nothing !!Read more
