Superb day to chill on the white sandy beach at Kilmory Bay. View of the Paps of Jura.
Kilmory Knap Chapel was built in the early 1200s.

Drive out to Loch Awe, great views down the Loch from an overlook. Lovely walk through MacKenzie Grove, huge trees and the remains of a crannog in the Loch.

A pleasant walk round the Loch looking out for signs of beavers which were introduced here in 2009. No beavers, however plenty of evidence they are about. Past the abandoned settlement of Kilmory Oib.
