Scottish Picture Gallery

The sky seemed to promise a better day today, although promising to dissolve again into rain later in the day. Taking no chances I made my way to the Scottish Picture Gallery today.

After enjoying a cup of Earl Grey at the cafe in the gallery, so luxurious, I made my way around some of the rooms. Just amazed with the quality of paintings seen, I left thinking I would try to get back into drawing and painting seriously.

Only two more days here and hoping still to climb Arthur's seat, the Salisbury Crags and Calton hill.Read more
