The Waterfalls (Oregon)

Despite waking up to rain, we decided to still hike down to Crater Lake. It turned out to be a good decision as it wasn't raining there, was cool and the hike was well worth it. On the way out, we walked with a man who was the captain of one of the tour boats and he had lots of history and stories about the lake. After our hike we explored route 138 which has 6 natural waterfalls. We hiked to and thoroughly enjoyed 3 of them...more of nature's beauty. Robert and Kristen went swimming in the pool formed at the Susan Falls. Our day came to an end at a campground outside of Eugene, Oregon so that we'd be close to the airport tomorrow when the girls fly back to their respective homes.
