Peloponnes: Antike Stätten, traumhafte Küsten und Fähr-Frust! 🚢😤

Unser Tesla-Abenteuer geht weiter! 🇬🇷 Von Korinth aus starteten wir unseren Trip und tauchten ein in die faszinierende Welt der Antike. 🏛️
Highlights der Peloponnes:
* Epidaurus: Das antike Theater mit seiner unglaublichen Akustik hat uns absolut beeindruckt! Hier haben wir uns vorgestellt, wie die Menschen vor tausenden Jahren den Aufführungen gelauscht haben.
* Mykene: Die sagenumwobene Stadt mit dem Löwentor und den königlichen Gräbern war ein weiteres Highlight! Wir fühlten uns in die Zeit der griechischen Sagen und Mythen zurückversetzt.
* Kalamata: In dieser charmanten Stadt haben wir die Sonne, das Meer und die griechische Küche genossen. 🏖️ Die Strände waren traumhaft und die Oliven einfach köstlich!
* Olympia: Die Wiege der Olympischen Spiele! Ein Ort voller Geschichte und Bedeutung. Wir konnten uns gut vorstellen, wie hier die Athleten um Ruhm und Ehre kämpften.

Herausforderungen on the road:
Neben den vielen Highlights gab es aber auch Herausforderungen: Die Straßen auf der Peloponnes sind teilweise sehr eng und kurvig, vor allem in den Bergen. ⛰️ Mit unserem Tesla war das manchmal ganz schön knifflig! Aber die atemberaubenden Ausblicke haben für die Strapazen entschädigt.

Fähr-Frust statt Dolce Vita:
Die Fährüberfahrt von Igoumenitsa nach Brindisi war leider die bisher schlechteste Fähr-Erfahrung unserer Reise. 😫 Das Be- und Entladen dauerte ewig und die Organisation war chaotisch. Wir waren froh, als wir endlich wieder festen Boden unter den Füßen hatten!
Trotzdem: Die Peloponnes ist eine Reise wert! Die Kombination aus antiken Stätten, wunderschöner Natur und leckerem Essen ist einfach unschlagbar.
Nächster Stopp: Italien! 🇮🇹 Wir sind gespannt, was uns dort erwartet!

#Peloponnese Trip: Ancient Sites, Dream Coasts, and Ferry Frustration! 🚢😤
Our Tesla adventure continues! 🇬🇷 Starting from Corinth, we embarked on our road trip and dove into the fascinating world of antiquity. 🏛️
Highlights of the Peloponnese:
* Epidaurus: The ancient theater with its incredible acoustics absolutely impressed us! We imagined how people listened to performances here thousands of years ago.
* Mycenae: The legendary city with the Lion Gate and the royal tombs was another highlight! We felt transported back to the time of Greek myths and legends.
* Kalamata: In this charming city, we enjoyed the sun, the sea, and Greek cuisine. 🏖️ The beaches were fantastic, and the olives were simply delicious!
* Olympia: The birthplace of the Olympic Games! A place full of history and significance. We could easily imagine the athletes competing for glory and honor here.
Challenges on the Road:
Besides the many highlights, there were also challenges: Some roads in the Peloponnese are very narrow and winding, especially in the mountains. ⛰️ Driving our Tesla there was quite tricky at times! But the breathtaking views compensated for the hardships.
Ferry Frustration instead of Dolce Vita:
Unfortunately, the ferry crossing from Igoumenitsa to Brindisi was the worst ferry experience of our trip so far. 😫 Loading and unloading took forever, and the organization was chaotic. We were relieved when we finally had solid ground under our feet again!
Nevertheless, the Peloponnese is worth a visit! The combination of ancient sites, beautiful nature, and delicious food is simply unbeatable.
