Sneaky wee break in the weather (?maybe..) so down in England-shire for a 3 day coast to coast. Setting off from the desolate Flimby, where even the pie shop had shut down, we headed eastwards. Hopefully Whitby's fabled fish n chips will have fared better. Lack of proper preparation meant we were a little surprised to find it quite hilly- 1500m+ over exactly 100km.
