The joys of travelling- 05.45am start. First train was all on time from Brussels to Cologne. Cologne to Hamburg train was 35 mins late so we missed our connecting train.

Started the day in Copenhagen with a visit to the Design Museum. Followed this with a 7 hour bus trip to Hirtshals for the sunset... and preparation for our ferry trip north tomorrow.

This was our bloody uncomfortable “couchette” on the ferry that didn’t come with linen or bedding unless u paid $30 extra- 6 couchettes per compartment the size of a wardrobe!!
