    The reward

    Finally the carcass is chopped up for ribs and legs and put on the BBQ. it's called nyama choma - roast meat.
    The liver is given to the old folks (with no teeth!) and the kidneys are reserved for the men who did the slaughtering. They are eaten raw straight from the carcass. You can see in the picture that they are being cut into shares. I, of course, ate my share it was warm - body (goat) temperature and quite delicious.......yum yum!
