    Removal of the intestines and stomach

    The next stage is to remove the internal organs intestines and stomach. The stomach is full of fermented grass when slit open. It is then washed and fried as tripe.
    Back in the days when I was here I was asked if Europeans eat intestines. I said yes of course we fill the with meat and call them sausages! Not strictly true but they were impressed!Read more

    Michael MatulewiczYes Mike folks in the UK have become disasociated with their food. My friends there saw that goat being born and looked after it for a couple of years. So it is killed and eaten with respect
