Antarctica day 5

Morning: Kopaitic Island zodiac cruise and landing. Got super up close with a bunch of humpbacks. On the landing was a chinstrap rookery.
Afternoon: Kiness cove zodiac cruise, watching an utterly massive adelie rookery from the water. Got a photo of all three major species together (Gentoo, chinstrap, adelie).
Evening: beautiful weather so had the BBQ (photos posted on the 10th).Read more
