    The Saadian Tombs were built in the 16th century by Sultan Ahmad al-Mansur as the final resting place for him, his family, and other important figures from the Saadian dynasty.

    After the fall of this dynasty, the tombs were sealed off and forgotten until 1917 when they were rediscovered by aerial photography, which is why they’re so well-preserved today.Leer más
