    November 6 in Faroe Islands ⋅ 🌧 7 °C

Today I took it easy at first; my sleep rhythm is still not good and I think it will stay that way for a while.

I wanted to go look for the famous “Risin og Kellingin,” two large sea stacks with a whole myth surrounding them. Unfortunately, the road to see them was closed, but the fjord in Eiði is also very impressive. It gets dark very quickly there because it’s so enclosed.

The view is breathtaking. On the way I also saw Fossá from the other island. It feels as if I’m driving on new roads, because everything looks different now with less mist.

Later I drove to Runavík after it got dark, to visit a thrift store apparently Eivør’s grandmother works there to look for more woollen sweaters. I bought myself a nice beer at the special alcohol shop.

Once home, I cooked a nice dinner and watched some Netflix.
