Thursday 25th July

On Thursday 25th, Margaret and Peter moved out of Willerby and set up camp in Wolfgang onnonenof the touring pitches at Seafield. It was a warm sunny day and we had a magnificent sea view. Sarah, Andrew and Edward arrived early afternoon and quickly established themselves in Willerby. My birthday celebrations commenced. Having requested a BBQ for Saturday, the weather forecast was not looking good so the BBQ was brought forward to Thursday. Edward tucked in heartily to potato wedges, griddled courgette and red pepper and a little bit of sausage. The adults enjoyed big tiger prawns to start followed by marinaded chicken, sausages, griddled vegetables and an excellent potato salad prepared by Andrew with potatoes dug from the plot the previous evening.
