Quito ~ Day 4

Hola penguins!!

Today we woke up, had breakfast and went to the botanical gardens. The botanical gardens in Quito is the largest I have even been to and by far the most beautiful, full of hundreds (may be an exaggeration) of different species of orchids. After we meandered through the gardens we ventured to find another market. However the market we stumbled in was much more operational than a tourist attraction. Outside of the market we grabbed $1 dollar sandwiches for lunch and dinner, and headed to the airport towards Medellin. When we got to Medellin, we were absolutely exhausted and headed straight to our hostel. To my surprise our hostel was in one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Medellin.
