Milan day 2

I slept until almost noon, which felt good. Kristen had been up for a while and we went to the coffee shop by La Scala. It was perfect, and close. After that we wandered around trying to find food for a picnic. We went to a fancy food court in a department store near the Vittorio Emanuele mall, where we bought salami and cheese. We were looking for bread and wine, and finally found wine (prosecco) at a pokè shop close to the park.

The park was big and had ponds, playgrounds, even a merry-go-round. We sat in the sun on our lifted airplane blanket. It was perfect. After eating, we checked out the Christmas village they were putting up, then stopped for a spritz...En savoir plus
