Easter at Carnac

Its been a long wait for Alice’s first visit to Carnac, the site of huge alignments of neolithic megaliths. It was even crazier than she had imagined with megaliths everywhere. The mind boggles with what exactly the creators had in mind (and how many people worked on this over what period). Fields of cute little baby megalith lines progressing to fields of mega megaliths. Good thing we are on bikes to explore as it just goes on and on and on. On the final stretch beyond the main tourist trail we find a quiet wooded patch where we are allowed in amongst the stones.
