05.01 Day 111 . . . Losing Time

This was a day that really didn’t amount to too much - just one of those days that drifts past. The weather all day was sort of . . . Well . . . . Urghhh!
We had got up and had breakfast. We had intended going for a long walk but the weather was just really depressing so we decided to leave the decision to later.
I started on some Penguin catch up, I always make notes but sometimes don’t get the time to do full write ups. Tre was busy with some more washing and ironing from our week away and lots of other jobs around the place.
I messaged the stand in Landlady and Landlord (Hannah is still on her hollibob’s) to ask for an outside broom which was duly delivered about fifteen minutes later. As a result the patio got a well deserved leaf deep clean, we had meant to do this before we went away for New Year. That done and whilst in clean mode I hit the pellet burner which was stripped down and cleaned out.
So back to some Penguins!
Tre and I settled in to watch a couple of episodes on Netflix having decided the walk in the afternoon was not gonna happen due to the weather.
Those done, Teresa smashed out another top dinner, which we had whilst discussing some news from the UK. We have a daily routine at the moment of pinching one another - just to remind ourselves how lucky we are at the moment to have this experience.
A bit of TV and the evening was gone.
It’s very easy to lose days here - must try harder!
