Day 53: Deadend and blackberries.

Only 60 km to Puerto Montt. That was the idea atleast. After 10 km on a small dirt road we were suprised to see that the road was blocked bij a fence. We climbed over the fence to look of there was a way to get around. But the owner told us, in really fast spannish, that there would be a road to the right that would get us to Puerto Montt. Again we found a fence that blocked the road. This time we were told that we had to circel back to the main road. So 25 extra kilometers. But a quick stop to pick a lot of blackberries made up for it. After a long day in the saddle we made it to Puerto Montt. We found a campsite for the first night. But tomorrow we hope to find a cheap hostel.Leia mais
