After a not great morning of finding out our plans of having a date night at the fanciest restaurant on the ship got ruined because Jackson’s request for deck privileges was denied we needed to get off the ship for a while.
We met up with my manager Manas and we went out exploring. This is the first time the Azura has docked in Haugesund but I’ve been on Aurora when it docked here twice. There’s not much here, we just walked up and down the Main Street, finding pizza place after pizza place. Mixed in occasionally with a Chinese restaurant. Most shops were closed because it’s a bank holiday here. So of course Jackson and I ended up at a pizza place for a late lunch and some wifi before we have to hear back to the ship for lunch.
