We ended up spending 4 nights here. Just out of Launceston.
The farm dogs were regular visited. Was a lovely big flat grassy paddock. Plenty of room to spread out. Mike was very friendly. Didn't meetLeggi altro
Next we were off to the pilots station were we started off with coffee and cake (best way to start a visit to a museum) then we met the lady volunteer host who gave up a bit of history of the area andLeggi altro
The tour of seahorse world was really amazing. We learnt a lot about them and saw them being fed. The babies ate sea monkeys!

We had a lay in today not arising till 9am (a right lazy pair we are becoming) eggs on toast for breakfast then off sightseeing again (its a hard life).We set off for the lighthouse station as theyLeggi altro
We arrived at Low Head Tourist Park about 4.30 and got settled into our accommodation for the night. We went via the Batman Bridge, which was built in the 1960s to make it easier to get across theLeggi altro
We left Weldborough and drove through some more beautiful ranges and then up as far as you can drive on the north eastern tip to a free camp on the eastern side. Once we got near the coast the farmsLeggi altro
Our next stop was Low Head, it was a lovely little town known for its penguins. Unfortunately, we didn't see any but enjoyed looking around their little houses while they were out.

Next we had a drive around town before visiting the Bass & Flinders museum, the guy who guided us around was very good and as we were the only ones there it was a personal tour. As usual kay enjoyedLeggi altro
We started off today but checking out the towns silo mural which depicts the river and the local events, the weather seems to be getting to it which is not surprising with how windy it is here. ThenLeggi altro
