Traveler ocea would like to see a picture of the meat eating kangaroo fossils please
Traveler Hey Ocea. Scary idea that cute little Kangaroos could chew you leg off. Aaargh. If Kangaroos were as scary as a crocodile, I would be very scared to come to Riversleigh. There are so many Kangaroos here, and one even came into our camp on Sunday night and sat right next to us. It would be terrible if he was thinking about eating us for dinner!
Traveler We might be going to a fossil museum on Friday. We should be able to get some photos for you then.
Traveler The Carnivorous Kangaroo (Balbaroo fangaroo) was not much bigger than today’s animals - but I think I prefer today’s grass eaters. I put the picture in the main thread.
