Zweiter Wasserfall

There are three waterfalls in the Morialta Conservation Park. Last week we hiked to the first waterfall and today we came back to see the second waterfall. Again we had a very nice hike through the hills with great views over Adelaide.

Insgesamt gibt es drei Wasserfälle im Morialta Conservation Park und daher ging es für uns heute auf eine weitere Wanderung. Dieses Mal stand der zweite und mittlere Wasserfall auf dem Programm. Auf dem Weg konnten wir wieder schöne Aussichten über Adelaide genießen und haben vier Koalas entdeckt. :) Sollte das Wetter es zulassen werden wir nächste Woche noch zum dritten Wasserfall wandern.Read more

After over two years we went back for another hike to see some wildlife. Thanks to the heavy rain in the last weeks we finally got to see the Morialta Falls with plenty of water. The Morialta Conservation Park is still one of our favourite places to go for an afternoon.

Nach über zwei Jahren haben wir es endlich mal wieder in den Morialta Conservation Park geschafft. Es ist und bleibt einer unserer Lieblingsorte in Adelaide.Read more

Ich habe zufällig Tobi getroffen, einen Kumpel den ich mal in Spanien kennengelernt habe.
Wir sind zusammen in einen Nationalpark gefahren, wo wir insgesamt 14km in brütender Hitze gewandert & geklettert sind.Read more

Morialta Falls

Trixie and I did this hike. But first, we had a huge breakfast at an Italian deli.

There are three spectacular waterfalls at this trail system. We saw two of the three, as well as a cave, and some pretty scenery. There was also a fair amount of bird life. The route we took was 4.16 miles.

That evening, we had dinner with Hwee, Evelyn, Adeline, and Desmond at Peel St Restaurant, a farm to table eatery in the Adelaide CBD.
