Five hours later a tired Ash and Renee arrived at the campsite in the dark which was packed to the brim with fellow travellers forcing us to look elsewhere. The car was also tired after a long day's drive in the heat and we were thankful when we came across a free camp near the beach halfway between Denmark and Albany. Heading back for lunch we were excited for showers which we had in Albany making sure we were clean before catching up with Mum and Dad (knoll) and nana in town for the evening. We shared stories and enjoyed the luxury of carpeted floors and red meat as we talked the night away. More catch ups continued up until the wedding of James and Han on the weekend and we loved the chance to reconnect over the week.
Exploration continued the following day as we picked up some half priced easter chocolate before we headed out to Porongup National Park and climbed some nice rocks at the top of a mountain. We like climbing things.Read more
