First day- met the staff, all very lovely. Did a drive around of the town, pretty big really with a "highway" and "suburbs".

My impression of the people here - healthier than the desert people although they still have their health issues. They seem happier too, known for their smiles.

There's a lovely (and busy!) cemetery here. There's a funeral at least once a month, often once a week. Next week is an old fella who died of cancer. This one was expected so not so bad as the youngEn savoir plus
