4.2 Love Beach

First day at the beach with some people (now friends) from the hostel.

The beach is called “Love Beach” And is directly in the line of the airport runway, so you can watch the planes coming in.

Bus driving works different here by the way. You get on a bus which you can stop wherever you like by waving your hand. You then go I to the bus and ask the driver if he is going to the destination of your choice or not. If so, you stay in the bus until you are more or less at the place you want to go and you give him 1,15 Bahamanian Dollar. If he is not driving in your direction, you might have to wait for the next bus for an unspecified duration (usually between 5 and 20 minutes) and you repeat the procedure. Another possibility is that the driver changes his rout a bit for you to take you to the destination you ask for, even if he has to turn around for that.
