Last Training Walk

That's the last training walk completed and four and a half hours gone! Think i covered about 14 miles, and now I am aching a little, and need a cold beer. So, fly to Oviedo on Wednesday and still have huge confusion over where to start from, how far to walk each day, and whether to take the hair straighteners or not.
