Stretch, cycling, and sing, began the morning, followed by attending the four speakers and great weather with music at the pool as we had a day to plan our West Africa stops, then got ready for Shabbat and a fun night.

    The 4 lectures were:
“Abidian: The Lagoon Metropolis of West Africa” - M & J Sears
“The Last Great Decade” about technology in the movies - Cameron and Spielberg” - Doug Henderson
“New Technology” about technology that has changed the way broadcasters produce programming - Mel Olinski.
Wine lecture was given by Thomas Cuni of IMTC Wine Ambassadors representing acclaimed wineries.

An early magic show with J. Alexander, (I had to leave early to setup) followed by Shabbat Services. I was so happy to see the strong sense of community and see the support with the number of people that came to Services although it was squeezed between a Show and an Exciting night at Dinner and the “Deck Dance Date” with music by The Jaxtones.

The Around the World Dinner was very over the top with the Vista Culinary Team taking over the Terraces Cafe, Aquamar Kitchen and Waves Grill. We were treated with foods representing the entire cuisines of the World include Mexican, Italian, Asian and of course American delights. I personally loved the slow cooked BBQ brisket, fried chicken and many of the great traditional side dishes. Its been a long time since I ate this food. Just like home!
