15 June Arzua to Salceda

Stretched out the very good included breakfast (complete with scrambled eggs) to leave late as it was only a short walking day. Met Linda and Michael from Washington DC who were well equipped Christians who had walked from SJPDP. The sun was gone so the forest, hills and little cafe bars didn't look quite as appealing today. The Pension Alborada was very comfortable for an easy afternoon but as it was reasonably isolated there was only one real place for dinner. Surprisingly it was a good and simple place which enabled me to have a decent dinner and then a good nights rest.Read more
