    May 26, 2017 in Switzerland ⋅ ☀️ 5 °C

Today bought the much anticipated visit to the ‘Top of Europe’, home of Europe’s highest railway station, which is covered in snow 365 days per year. Jungfraujoch did not disappoint! Lisa and I saw snow for the first time, made very poor miniature snow men, had a snowball fight, stacked it in the snow, and behaved like little kids sliding along the ice in the ice caves! The trip up on the train was unforgettable with incredible views of the Swiss Alps. This day will not be forgotten anytime soon!Read more

    May 26, 2017 in Switzerland ⋅ ☀️ 24 °C

Arriving back at the bottom of the mountains in the late afternoon we headed straight in to Interlaken for a couple of wines. We couldn’t resist going down to the river’s edge to the check out the ice cold, crystal clear water made up of the ice melt from the mountains above Interlaken. Interlaken itself was representative of our general experience in Switzerland - beautiful scenery, clean cities, and friendly people. It’s no mystery why people are willing to pay high taxes to call this amazing country home! Cannot wait to visit again!Read more
