Travel day to Greece!

We traveled today - flew to Greece! We’re so excited to be in Athens the next couple of days!

Pretty uneventful relaxing day actually. Everything went off without a hitch, which is always nice on travel days. Bus to the airport, security, flight, found the metro and made the hour trip to Athens and then walked 20 min to find our “will do the job” hotel. Not the best, but certainly have stayed in worse. Arrived after dark, which is never optimal, but we survived.

The only thing I noticed in the walk was there are cats EVERYWHERE. Will watch for them tomorrow. Assume they’re strays but who knows.Read more
