    At last a leisurely start, taking a stroll out to watch and photograph planes landing at Arrecife airport. We then cycled to Arrecife along excellent cycle paths and took a walking route around Charco san Guinea, the church and harbour.

    Lunch at vegan restaurant, the V- Factor. Swimming in the afternoon and a quick run before tea.    Read more
