Long way, long day

Sociable 5km run with Lanza Road Runners at 9am, followed by a coffee. After a shower, we proceeded to:

Out for the 9am bus to Teguise - a relief that there was room for us and it was on time, but that was mainly because ours was the first stop. Bikes stored in the luggage compartment under the bus.Meer informatie
Tourism via mini triathlon

Early morning run along the sea front, then, after a bit of breakfast, we cycled to Castillo San Jose at the north end of Arrecife.

Another Brompton adventure

Early off at 8am to catch the bus to Arrecife, where after a brief wait at the bus station we picked up another bus to Tinajo. Thankfully everything worked perfectly, and we celebrated with a coffeeMeer informatie

At last a leisurely start, taking a stroll out to watch and photograph planes landing at Arrecife airport. We then cycled to Arrecife along excellent cycle paths and took a walking route around CharcoMeer informatie
Final day & travel home

Cycle out to Fariones and had a cooked breakfast at Lava Bar - one of many Irish owned establishments.
