A pleasant drive via Carlisle to Jedburgh, the latter part on deserted, twisty roads.

Very good to see Katy and Thomas over lunch in Carlisle.

Explored Jedburgh to get oriented and establish our choices for eating out during the week. We will not starve. Post boxes are Victorian.
