Dupont State Forest waterfalls

I worked the morning from our little cabin. Tom did a bunch of errands and then went to 12 bones the highest rated BBQ joint in Asheville for takeout. Pretty decent. Then in the afternoon we head down to DuPont State Forest for a hike. Apparently parts of the Hunger Games and Last of the Mohicans were filmed there. Nice hike and stunning waterfalls.

On our way back we head into Asheville and checked a rooftop bar. I had my first (delicious) rose and the view of the mountains was spectacular. Met a lovely couple from Indianapolis who were also camping. Czytaj więcej
