    Our Orvieto delights were mostly local specialties, from the ten-layer individual lasagna (zoom in!) to the Orvieto Classical white and Sangiovese red, to the Perugian craft scotch ale and chocolate porter birre, to the olives stuffed and fried. We also enjoyed a picnic lunch of selections from the main street mercato and a dinner of chicken grilled with balsamic glaze and parpardelle pasta with wild boar sauce. Delizioso!Read more
