Santee State Park

After a 10 hour drive from Ocala with lots of traffic jams, we pulled in to Santee State Park at 8:00 PM. It was almost dark and the park roads are more like trails. We were so wiped out from the hectic ride. We pulled into the first site that looked like a pull through that had power and room for our New dog pound. This AM is bright and clear and cooler than Florida. We can clearly hear RT 95 and almost see it over the water. Not a destination, but a port in a storm.Read more
