Wild boar at the Naos Camping in Kas

We chose Naos based on the reviews, despite it being a bit further away from the centre. Or maybe exactly for that :) It had the cleanest bathroom and a very nice, shaded, common space for chilling out or cooking.

We went for a walk into town (and back) and, even after tiring ourselves out, we still couldn’t sleep much. There are lots of light posts and the camping is quite noisy at night. We assumed that being away from the centre meant it was quiet, but everyone kept driving in an out of the camp. Plus there’s gravel inside the yard, so you can hear every step. It didn’t help that it was also very hot. All in all, we really didn’t get much sleep.

The upside was that we were up to see a wild boar trying to come in and camp late into the night. Surprisingly, we’re still not used to hearing the call to prayer, and the evening one took us by surprise.Baca lagi
