This morning was time to get some washing done and organise our bags for Ha Giang. We only can take small backpacks with us for the next 4 days to be strapped onto our motorbikes so we packed the essentials and squeezed everything else into our larger bags to leave behind. Once we checked out of our accomodation, exploring Old Quarter was essential again to pick up enclosed shoes, sunglasses and a few bits n pieces!
This shopping ended up taking the whole day with a quick lunch and dinner stop in there somewhere!
We headed back to pick up our bags and reorganise our shopping, and then headed to the bus station where we jumped onto the overnight sleeper bus to Ha Giang. Everyone on the bus with us are others doing the loop as well, although we won’t know until tomorrow who is on our tour.
Our sleeper bus consisted of little to no sleep and arrived at Ha Giang around 2am. All dead like zombies, we collected our bags and was greeted with the company organisers we are doing the loop with (RoadKings) They assigned everyone little dorms for the remaining of the night! Amos and I were put into a couples dorm and we all had curtains to seperate the beds off lol.
