From Kassel to Jerez... Let's go!

Our one month travel break is over now. With lots of new energy we start our second part of our trip around the world today. It was great to be back, but we are very excited to see more from this world.

We spent the last hours in the "Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe" and visited the Hercules Monument. The "Bergpark" is part of the UNESCO world culture heritage and the largest park of its kind in Europe.

Now we are in the ICE on our way to Frankfurt Airport. From there we will take the plane at 4:45am to Jerez to start a 6 week roadtrip through Spain, Portugal and Madeira.

Unsere Reisepause endet heute schon wieder. Es war schön wieder einmal in Deutschland zu sein, aber genauso sehr freuen wir uns jetzt wieder unterwegs zu sein.

Die letzten Stunden in Kassel haben wir im schönen Bergpark verbracht und die Aussicht vom Herkules über die Stadt genossen. Der Bergpark ist übrigens der größte Bergpark in Europa und ein UNESCO Weltkulturerbe.

Jetzt sitzen wir im ICE auf dem Weg zum Flughafen nach Frankfurt. Morgen früh um 4:45 Uhr geht es dann nach Jerez, wo wir unseren Roadtrip durch Andalusien, Portugal und Madeira starten.Read more
