    Karakuş Tumulus is located slightly outside the city. It dates back to the Commagene period. The burial mound is surrounded by columns. An eagle sits on top of one column. The site feels open and spacious. The surrounding landscape is calm. You get a beautiful view of the area. The monument tells a story of ancient power. Despite its size, everything feels very quiet. History in the middle of nature.
