A lazy day

Our 19th wedding anniversary!

We planned a lazy day today. We were hoping to meet up with Mona before she flies to India tomorrow, but she, understandably, has to spend the day with her family. So, we went to breakfast (a sumptuous buffet) and then went out to explore locally.

Being a Sunday, not much was open, but we did find a supermarket and a kiosk to buy a new charger lead for my phone to replace the one that got damaged on the truck.

Back at the hotel, we spent the day catching up on my notes and watching the Dutch Grand Prix (Verstappen won an action-packed, rain-soaked race). Later, we had dinner in the hotel – Chinese this time 😀.Read more
