Breakfast with a view

I loved what I saw in my locality this morning. I had breakfast in a rooftop restaurant overlooking the square. It was a plateful! I didn't eat all the corn, and the egg whites were a bit too runny for my liking 😀.

Many of the shops are selling brightly coloured powder paints for the upcoming Holi festival. You can buy cheap, throwaway clothes for the occasion, too.

Everyone I met was very friendly, and I enjoyed shopping for ingredients to cook in my apartment. I think I'm going to enjoy my time in Kathmandu.

I did a bit of work this afternoon, and then cooked pasta with verdure sauce for dinner (yes, I know, veggie again, but at least it wasn't a curry 😄).

This evening, I watched some TV and had an early night ahead of a busy day tomorrow.Read more
